App Health Report

The App Health Report gives a system administrator a quick view of the computing resources used by the application:

The Drive Information area lists all of the hard drives and removable drives on the server that is hosting the API. The Data Directory information area shows storage used by files and folders in the App's Data directory, the database tables and database indexes.

The tabs displayed in the screenshot show a breakdown of information for each category displayed on the overview page.

The Drive Information tab shows the following information for each drive:

• Drive Name (e.g. C:\)
• Volume Label
• Total Size
• Free Space
• Percent Used
• Drive Type
• Drive Format

The Data Directory Information tab shows:

• The Data Directory's Name
• The space used in all folders in the directory.
• The space used in all the files.
• The total byte size of all files and folders in the data directory.

The Database Table Stats tab shows a list of all tables in the database. That list is sorted by Space Used in descending order. That list contains:

• Table Name (a warning will appear next to the table if the INT IDENTITY column of the table is reaching its maximum limit.)
• Number of Rows
• Total Space
• Used Space
• Unused Space

The Database Index Stats tab shows a list of all indexes used by the database. It shows:

• The Table Name associated to the index.
• The Index Name.
• Index ID
• Index Size (in kilobytes)
